Ikuno Dictus is a support character in the anime series, Uma Musume: Pretty Derby.

Due to having problems with her legs as a child, Ikuno’s main goal is to keep winning in races early. She has the ability to sense others breaking points and won’t leave individuals alone if she thinks they are overexerting themselves.
